About Us

We're Starphotocard, a small team in Suwon, South Korea. We've been sending K-pop albums and merch to fans overseas since 2022, and we also run stores on Shopee, Qoo10, eBay and Alibaba. Orders from all of them are packed by the same people, from the same stock, as the orders on this site.

Everything we sell is official. We buy from Korean labels and authorized distributors, and albums reach you brand-new and unopened. If charts matter to you, album sales from our store are reported to Hanteo and Circle.

Before a box is taped shut, someone here checks the photocards and pre-order benefits against your order. Most orders leave within 1 to 3 business days with tracking. If you're in the U.S., duties are already in your checkout total, so there's nothing extra to pay at the door.

If something arrives wrong or damaged, film the unboxing and email us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll take it from there. The details are in our Refund Policy and on the Buyer Protection & Trust page.
