What's the minimum order?
10 items per order. Different products and versions all count, so feel free to mix!
Can I get pre-order benefits (POB) for a group order?
It depends on the album and the benefit conditions for that release. Tell us which one you're looking at, and we'll let you know what's possible before you pay.
Can I group-order pre-order items?
Yes, as long as the pre-order is still open. Let us know your deadline. Pre-order items ship after the release date.
How does shipping work?
Everything ships together to one address (we can't split an order across addresses). Your quote shows the shipping cost and how duties are handled. U.S. orders include duties and import taxes (DDP). Outside the U.S., duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. More details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can you send an invoice?
Of course! Just tell us the name and address you'd like on it.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card or wallet through our regular checkout, or by bank transfer such as Wise. Payment details come with your quote.
Do you work with GO managers and fanbases?
Yes! If you run group orders regularly, say hi, and we'd be happy to work together. Creators can also join our Creator Program.
