Shipping Policy

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and Korean holidays. Pre-order and mixed orders may take longer because they ship after all ordered items are ready.

Delivery timing depends on destination, selected shipping method, customs clearance, courier conditions, and local delivery conditions.

For U.S. orders, duties and import taxes are included in the checkout total (DDP). Outside the U.S., customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees set by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs office before delivery.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, reshipping and return-related costs may apply where legally permitted.
