Shipping Policy

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and Korean holidays. Pre-order and mixed orders may take longer because they ship after all ordered items are ready.

Delivery timing depends on destination, selected shipping method, customs clearance, courier conditions, and local delivery conditions.

Duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage, and other import charges are the buyer's responsibility unless clearly shown at checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, reshipping and return-related costs may apply where legally permitted.
