Q1. Can I return or exchange an item?

 We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Pre-order items, limited editions, and sealed albums may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Q2. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

 We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Q3. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

 If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
