- K-pop Goods(Photocards, Albums, and Goods) are not returnable due to the nature of the product. If there is a defect in the product, please submit an unboxing video to stevemoon6522@gmail.com. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances without an unboxing video.
