Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and Korean holidays.

Once dispatched, tracking will be sent by email.

Pre-order items ship after the official release date or warehouse arrival date; if you order pre-order and in-stock items together, the order may ship together after all items are ready.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees and related costs may apply.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and complete with all original components.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

A full unboxing video is required for any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item claim.

Opened items, used items, missing components, limited items, sealed albums, pre-order items, and change-of-mind requests may not be eligible.

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Random inclusions cannot be selected unless the product option clearly says so.

Outer boxes and outboxes are designed to protect the contents inside.

Small dents, scratches, pressure marks, or minor printing variations on the outer packaging may occur during manufacturing or international transit and may not qualify for return or exchange.
